Return and Refund Policy

At Essence Innovation, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to make the process straightforward and transparent, whether you received a damaged product or simply need to make a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.


Restocking Fee


  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. This fee covers handling and processing costs.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for items that are returned due to damage, defect, or if we sent an incorrect item.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Return Request Form on our Returns & Exchanges page [link to the page with the form].
  2. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email with instructions and a downloadable return label.
  3. Print and attach the return label to your package.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.

Returns Shipping Cost

  • We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, with the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund if applicable.
  • For defective or damaged items, return shipping is free.


Exchanges for a Different Product

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at exchanges@essenceinnovation.net with your order details. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or suggest alternative options.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method, minus any applicable 10% restocking fee.

Restocking Fee Waiver: If you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, the restocking fee will be waived.

Handling Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@essenceinnovation.net. Make sure to include photos and details of the issue, and we will arrange for either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
